Would a micro atx board be able to fit a big dual slot card such as a hd 4890?
also I am trying to fit this motherboard inside a mid tower (atx) case

My project is to build a ddr2 computer including a cpu, 2x1 gb of ddr2 ram, mobo, case, psu
with 200-250$ using my current gpu (hd4890). If there is any way I could go more cost efficient or cheaper, please post a suggestion, thanks

That's probably the best you're going to get for the money, though it would probably be a good diea if you got a DDR3 motherboard for easier upgrading in future.
 
not looking for upgradability here, just need a budget pc

micro atx seems to be the cheapest type of board I can find, so I am asking this question
