Default micro ATX mobo

what is a good micro atx mobo with 939 socket, 4 184-pin slots...i would like to use nvidia cards as well...maybe a 6800gt or similar

Biostar cleaned up their act with the new TForce boards and they are very good. That maybe the best one and it overclocks like hell.

one question though...wat is the difference between something like geforce 6100, 6150, and nforce 4....btw overclocking might be somethign that i would look into

The 6100 and 6150 have/ are onboard graphics. The nForce 4 doesn't.

You'd have to compare the feature sets to see what the other differences are.

Nope .. microATX is just for people who want a small computer .. like me! Definitely not for the overclocking, hardcore gaming enthusiast. The best overclocking boards are ATX.
