Micro ATX Mobo

I am looking for a good Intel Core 2 Duo micro atx mobo. Anyone have any suggestions? I am looking for something that will take 4gb of 800mhz ram, PCI xpress x16 video and a Sata 300 hard drive.

Not too picky,somewhere in the $100.00 area + or -.

That board has onboard sound I belive. If that is the case with it, what do i need to do to disable the onboard video and add my own video card?

its just a matter of going to the device manager and disabling it

in most cases its not even necessary to disable it since the output will be directed through the graphics card (since you'll plug it in there)

onboard video is always helpful when you might not have a working graphics card

if the mobo detects a pci-e video card, it will turn off the onboard video automaticaly. there is also an option to manually turn off the onboard video in the bios.
