lol shell have more me then i do .. o about me now .. i have patriot pc3200 1 512 stick and i dont see this for sale at newegg .. and i check the patriot site and they said for my comp it should have pc2700 ... whats the dealio???

Your motherboard can only support up to PC2700 then. What is your motherboard model and we can check what it can handle up to.

well even if he buys a higher speed it will down clock just make sure it is DDR not DRR2 intels used DDR ram 2 years ago if i am not mistaken

for my comp its a brand new alienware bought it about a month ago it has an abit av8 in it ...
