Default Memory speed-reading programs?

I'm looking for a program that will tell you the speed that your RAM is running at.

Anyone?

cpu-z http://www.majorgeeks.com/download425.html , and remember DDR stands for Double Data Rate so its normal for pc3200/ddr400 to run at 200mhz for example
