Default Memory for Soltek Mainboard

Below is the specs from my PC, I want to upgrade memory but the one thing I can't find out, especially since Soltek Closed their doors, is does this mainboard take high density memory ?

Does anyone know ?

Mainboard Model :SL-75FRV (though my book says SL-KT400-C)

CPU Speed : 2163 MHz

Currently Installed Memory : 512 MB
184-pin DIMM Banking
2 slots

DDR SDRAM Frequencies PC1600, PC2100, PC2700, and PC3200
Error Detection Support : ECC and non-ECC
Graphics Support : AGP 8X
Module Types Supported : Unbuffered and Registered
Supported DRAM Types : DDR SDRAM only
