Better rewording

Ok I have DDR2 memory, just curious I am building a system, my new MOBO has this as the specs for memory
Number of Memory Slots 4240pin
Memory Standard DDR2 1333 OC
Maximum Memory Supported 16GB
Channel Supported Dual Channel

Can I run my 2X2 GB 800MHz sticks with this board, and can I mix and match, by like adding a 1066MHz to the setup.

MOBO is

Yes, you can run them on that board.
"Support for DDR2 1333(O.C.)/1066/800 MHz memory modules "

You can mix and match, but the mobo will use all of the RAM at the speed of the slowest stick.
