mATX system, what do you guys think?

ill overclock this system when i get it as much as i can (venice cores are really... forgiving)

A64 3000+ Ven.

PQI Turbo 512MB (2x 256) DDR 550 (yes i know that this is shorting it, but when i get the money thisll be upgraded to something a bit better, but for the budget its actually pretty good)

Aspire QPack

Coolermax EZ Wire CU-500T

Zalman CNPS7700-CU

Now, some post-script questions i have for you guys are:

will the CNPS7700 fit inside of that small aspire qpack?? I cannot find any info about the clearance between the motherboard tray and the back of the case...

and, will the biostar mobo be able to reach a 250-275mhz FSB with this equipment (particularly the PSU)

alot of people don't have much experience with microatx systems.

Biostar makes horrible barebone PC's.

Another thing. Why do you have DDR 550? Are you planning on overclocking the ram? If so, then that's a good choice, otherwise, I'd go with some PC3200
