Default Making start-up floppy

I think I am being a little stupid! I thought that as I was going to try to Dual Boot 64 and 32 bit OS's it might be sensible to make a start up floppy!

Well, examined Help & Support to find a way to make such a floppy:

Yes I have to copy Boot.ini, NTLDR and Ntdetect.com to floppy

At this stage I am stuck as I am supposed to get these files from the root folder.

But how do I get to this root folder? It does not exist in Sys files or System 32

use a dual boot program like grub which allows you to have a menu in your boot up screen so that if u press a key within 5 seconds it will swap os's

Windows or linux will automatically do the dual boot for you. Just install both.
