Default low end graphics card

Looking to hook up my pc to tv so I can watch movies over it so I am going to buy a low end graphics card. Question if I can put a dell model graphics card as in:

Dell Video Cards MFR 0FH868DELL PCI DVI Low Profile Video Card | eBay

in type of desktop or is it specifically for dell PC only? Plz let me know thx.

That is a low profile card made to fit the work station PC's and won't fit right in a standard case, The metal piece on the end that you put the screw in to hold it in place is much shorter than standard.

If ur tv have hdmi, then i would go with this since it got hdmi port and probably much better than the 2 u linked since those 2 seems ages ages ago lol. But lets wait and see what u have now since PP asked.
