Lost in the sauce. Need some advice

I don't know too much about requirements for a gaming pc.
I was wondering if this computer is powerful enough to play demanding games. If not, can I play any type of game with this pc? Any advice given is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. opiate

The graphics card is week, but otherwise it ought to do pretty good.

AMD is best for gaming, but a 3.2GHz P4 ain't nothing to sneeze at.
