Hello everyone...I hope you guys can help me out.

These are the specs of my current computer:

--Compaq Presario 7000
--Compaq 165565-102 Motherboard (6 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 SDRAM slots, slot-style processor)
--nVidia Geforce FX 5200 128MB PCI video card
--nVidia Geforce4 MX440 64MB AGP video card
--AMD Athlon 899Mhz slot-style processor
--512MB (256x2) SDRAM
--Windows XP Home Edition, SP2

Tell me if there's anything else you need to know.

I have about $235 to spend on an upgrade. I mostly need a video card upgrade, to at least an nVidia 6200. The processor definitely needs to get upgraded. I will need to have a total of at least three SVGA outputs. Currently, the 5200 has two and the MX440 has one.

Thank you for your time and help.

As for your video card.

I'd personally suggest http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814143054

90$ for a 7600GS, it's made by BFG Technology, not very known or popular from what I see, I think they're a wonderful and reliable company though. BFG Technology also offers a lifetime warranty on all their products.

I'm sure someone can suggest something better, that's just my suggestion.

Edit: Sorry I missed the part about you needing 3 SVGA outputs.

His computer doesn't have any PCIe slots. Only AGP and PCI. If it were me, I would save up for a new system. Not really worth it, trying to upgrade that old thing.
