Default Looking to upgrade the Graphics card

My system specs are;

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz
2GB Ram
NVIDIA® GeForce™ 7500 LE With 256MB Video Memory.

What would be a suitable upgrade?

Depends on what games you play and your monitor size, a power supply is a must for newer cards, and of course your budget.

8800GTS:
Newegg.com - ECS N8800GTS-512MX GeForce 8800GTS (G92) 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

or

8800GT:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-NX88T512HPV1 GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

PSU:
Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ500SXS 500W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V - Power Supplies

Depends on budget as well, but a good gpu isn't that expensive. You can get a 256mb 8800gt for $99 at Zip Zoom Fly. I have a link in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. Might be worth a look.

What can you spend and what games do you like/want to play?

Or there's the 9600GT. You can grab one for about $125 after MIR and they will give you the max settings on all the latest games.

I'm not sure of the size of my monitor, but its resolution is 1400x990.
