Default Looking for a new video card

Max price.... around $210.
Any suggestions? I don't care if its ATI or nVidia.. just want a new card. I feel like this 285 is on its last limb and I have another build for it to go in to.

Thanks for any replies

They are both about the same, but the 560 uses less wattage than the 6950
