Why don't you buy it straight of Cyberpower, choose the parts and they'll assemble it..

But if you don't know, you can learn to build, its quite easy.

Get one of the two and pair it up with a nice 8800GS for best bang for your buck. The E8300 will outperform the 5400+ any day of the week though.

Newegg.com - XFX PVT88SFDD4 GeForce 8800GS XXX 384MB 192-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

*Edit*

Ignore anything I said about the 5400+ it comes with a useless 250 watt power supply.

Like I said all these builds suck, they cheap on the Video Card, and as a result you can't play anything good. Try to my suggestions from post #2

I was also looking for a new PC recently and would recommend that you speak to this guy - NickyVee - at tech support company SupportSpace. (SupportSpace- Immediate Online Tech Support- Highly Qualified Experts)
He gave me some really great advice and spent loads of time with me discussing exactly what I needed.
