Highest you can get is a 770 or 280x. Depends also on the rest of your machine, current resolution, and more importantly the games you're hoping to get 80fps playing.

CPU-Z will tell you almost everything you want to know.

if it goes in and out then it may not be entirely the graphic card's fault.
