Feels great to post on the good ol' tech forums
Hey guys, so I've been frapsing a lot, and noticed no matter how good your PC is, your frame rates are gonna take an impact. So I fraps World of Warcraft, and usually w/ fraps run at about 30 frames. I heard that recording on a different hard drive that that game and OS was installed helps significantly is this true?
Assuming it is true. I'm looking for a budget priced HDD, since I'm depending on price internal or external won't matter. As long as the external isn't unreasonably large.
So what's the best I could get for say $50?
edit: Fraps is a recording program. http://fraps.com/ Just for those, who are wondering what I'm talking about.
