Looking for a Inexpensive Quiet PC Case

They probably don't go hand in hand but if anybody has suggestions on a nofrills inespesive pc case I need one. My budget is $75. I don't need any lights or clear side panels either. This is not a power pc so 400w power supply should suffice. Thanks,

I had this case, comes with a decent power supply. RD-500-2SB It may take a dremel if you're wanting to keep the wiring under control and hidden. Great case for the price.

You can also get rubber / silicone grommets for mounting the drives and fans which will scrape a couple of significant dBs off for a handful of dollar bills
