looking for a fan with a radiator

i was looking for a fan that could cool my computer with out water cooling, i'm pretty the things that air condition that keep it cool are called radiators but i'm not totaly sure so if i'm wrong just deal with it. so far i only found one thing that was simmilar to the idea i was thinking

For the regular user there are only two methods. Water vs Air. If you have access to other things and are rich $$ you can go with vaperchill, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, or some other spending spree with whatever amounts of $$ you have

also it's not made for lan parties but no need to move it alot cuz my friends are all console gamers...
