I'm trying to record some footage from COD4 for a video and I've noticed that my current tuner isn't good during fast scenes and I believe that is because the picture is interlaced. I would like to get a decent TV Tuner card that is capable of progressive scan picture for less then $100. I don't know what kind to get.
I also have another question,
I have an xbox 360 and I bought the adapter so I can hook it up to my monitor via VGA. Could I split the signal, hook one up to my monitor change the other one to component and get a good picture at 720p?
So I would like to get a card that has the Y,Pb,Pr ports on it. I do have a Y,Pb,Pr to S-video adapter that I got with my video card but it has 2 extra pins in the middle that are not on any tuner card I have seen yet.
