lookin to upgrade

ok i am think of upgrading my video card but i dont know which card.. it is between these two cards on my budget.. plz help me decide (or lead in right direction)

Defenitely go for the 7600GT. You're open to more possibilities, and it's cheaper with the rebate!

All I can say is that the second one will only use 128 MB of memory. It wont use all 256 cause it is a cheap card.

The 7600GT is still a much better card, even though it's 256MB.

Is your computer a pre-built, or custom? If it's a pre-built, which brand/model is it?

Both require a minimum of 350 watts. Odds are you will have to upgrade your PSU. Post your make and model and we'll find out for you.

i have a Emachines T5048

i upgraded it to--

Ram= 1.5 gb

Graphics= Geforce 7300 GS (256)

Sound= Blaster X-fi xtreme audio

The 7600gt is only $10 more and its a more powerful card.

Looks like a pretty darn good computer already, pop-in that 7600GT and you'll have a blast!

EDIT: The 7300GS is good that you have now, but it's defenitely worth the upgrade still!
