Default Little help please.

Im looking to upgrade my computer ( Hp Pavilion 743c) with a new graphics card and more ram. Im looking at a Radeon X700 256MB 128-bit DDR PCI Express x16 video card and qi 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 266 (PC 2100) Dual Channel Kit System Memory for the ram. From what I researched this should work just fine. However I was hopeing someone with a little more experiance in this matter could make sure Im right.
