Ok I got a Compaq SR1750NX Desktop computer. I am currently upgrading the Ram, Graphics, and the Power Supply. (Because the Graphics card wont run on a 300watt PSU..I think)

Heres what I got picked out so far:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817712003 POWERSUPPLY
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814150209 GRAPHICS CARD
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145440 RAM (MEMORY)

I would like to know if that gfx card will work with a 300 watt PowerSupply. And if all these parts will work together and with my current system.

Heres my pc specs:

And my Mobo Specs:

Any help would be appreciated.

I was looking at that power supply but I assumed that since my mobo. was asus that the power supply should be too.

No it wouldn't matter the brand matching the motherboard. What matters is the brand of power supply.

Ok and another question I have is. Will this power supply work with my Motherboard. I read somewhere online how a guy with my computers model called hp to see what psu's will work for the motherboard.. The Hp support guy said the max the motherboard supports is 400 or 450 watts. A guy replied to him (the guy that called compaq)saying that it wasnt true and that motherboards can accept any amount of power or something. Is that true? Or will I have to get a smaller PSU.

Ok last question(s), Can I just replace this current power supply? Power down, then put in the new one and turn it on...And do I have to install any software? Thanks man you have really helped me. I really appreciate it.

No software installation necessary. Just connect the power supply to it's connectors on the motherboard, etc.. and your done.
