Looks pretty good. But why 4GB of RAM? What are you intending to do with this system? If it's gaming and general use, 2GB of RAM is more than enough. Besides, you need a 64-bit OS, if you want to use all of that 4GB of RAM.

I would suggest the Tuniq 120 CPU cooler, for the Q6600. That Thermaltake Blue Orb II, is probably not adequate enough, if you plan on overclocking.

For the motherboard, get the P35 chipset, instead of the 680i chipset. Such as the Gigabyte P35-DS3R, ASUS P5K Deluxe, or ABIT IP35 Pro.

Everything looks great! Did you order any of these stuff yet? If you haven't Tuniq Tower 120 instead of Thermaltake Blue Orb II if you plan on overclocking. Motherboard, choose the ones b1gapl has suggested. And for the PSU, can you link me to the site you are buying it from?

I would not feel safe with that PSU. I would much rather get a Corsair HX 620.
