Default Lian Li 8nwx case and upgrade question

I have a Lian Li 8nwx case it has 2 120mm fans in it and can add 1 more 120mm fan on top.

It presently has

GB socket 775 MB
antec 650 powersupply
Core 2 duo e8600
8 gb ram
ATI pci-e 5550 video card
audigy 2 zs soundcard
dvd rw

I'm thinking about upgrading parts in this case and I was curious if this case has 3 120mm fans.

What is the newest parts I could go (CPU MB Video Card) that overheating would not be an issue with 3 120mm fans

Socket 1155 or Socket 2011

gtx 570 or gtx 580

You're only real update would be a videocard, as the 775 sockets dead, and so is ddr2 ram.

I think both a 570 and 580 will be splatted by your e8600... But a 560ti could be good.

Could look into a cpu cooler so you can overclock the cpu. They come with brackets for the newer sockets so it won't be wasted money.

120mm fans aren't bad, you could switch them out for higher cfm ones....

But youre at a bad upgrade spot without a new cpu/mobo/ram.

Live in US

I was planning on Socket 1155 MB and 2600 cpu upgrade and 570 video card. Before I did I wanted to ask everyone's advice. No oc'ing here. I'd even be open for socket 2011 if I could.

What if the 3rd 120mm fan is mostly blocked by psu?

Could I do socket 1155 or socket 2011 with only 2 120mm fans?

If you aren't going to OC then you are paying more for the "k" version of the 2600 than you need to. The k means it has an unlocked multiplier for easy OC'ing. Can save $15 just getting the i7 2600.

Socket 2011 isnt even near release yet, so I wouldn't wait.

You'd be best, if this is a gamig setup to get a 2500 instead at a $100 savings.

How are your fans setup, as Lian Li shows only 2.

I asked a case mod place about this case and the said, they could put 1 maybe 2 120mm fans on top. The 2nd one on top might block 5.25 bays though.
