Well, I bought a new burner, primarily for the light-scribe, blu-ray reading, and hd reading capabilites, here are the specs on it, it is SATA, and seems to burn extremly well...however I have a few questions...that i am not sure on.

I mod consoles, xbox's wii's and such to play backups of original games, 360's take a dual layer discs, and Vertbatim seems to work really well. My concern is when I see what my burner capabilites are...

Does anyone know if I can burn a dual layer disc, normally, as in Nero or something? I have been looking at media like Verbatim 4x 8.5GB/240 Minute Dual Layer DVD-R. If I go with a higher speed or lower speed, can I still use it and burn it without any issues as long as I burn it at 4X like my burner likes? I am not sure what CLV means or PCAV or CAV, I am looking to order a bulk order and would like to get the right media the first go around.

Thanks Guys!
