Default Lenovo M70 -> Okay computer?

Hi, I somehow got this Lenovo M70 SFF desktop and I have a humble question to you all

The basic spec is Core 2 Duo E7500 / 2.93 GHz - RAM 2 GB - HDD 1 x 160 GB

and here is more infor: Lenovo Custom ThinkCentre M70 - 0830W59- - Desktop Computers - CDW.com

I have a graphic card (ATI Radeon HD4600) for small form factor, PCI express ready.

Do you think this computer (after I install the graphic card) can play upcoming games such as Call of duty MW3,the witcher 2, Elder scroll V?

I would appreciate your input.

A 4600? It won't play the latest games. This mini computer isn't made for gaming.
