It would be nice to have 1600 speed ram.

You are ok with a mATX motherboard? You have no plans for expansion cards?

you should be able to save some money by going with the regular xfx 4890, if you can find it. i think the xxx edition is only clocked a few mhz higher.

its cheap for the space and it has a 32mb cache, im running 2 in a Raid on my Gigabyte Board and it flies!!!

and like Hefemeister said i would go with a some DDR3 1600 ram, even on the new board you picked out, I recommend using OZC or Kingston
