Arrow Laptop Car Adapters?

I'm looking for a pretty cheap car adapter for a laptop.

This is probably the cheapest I could find, but I'm not sure what watt/voltage/amps/polarity/etc to look for for my specific laptop. I am using a DELL Inspiron 1450. Does it depend on the battery or just the computer? Will this work for my laptop?
