Default laptop

I have been thinking about getting a laptop to play on when i am sick so i don't fall down my basement steps getting to my 3 computers. I was very sick yesterday and could barely move.

Anyway

Specifications for Acer Aspire 15.4" Widescreen Notebook PC (5100-3357) at circuitcity.com

will that play CS:S? and other games like Halo 2?

I don't know much about laptops but i am going to school next year for computers and stuff so maybe i will learn about laptops but I don't think i will.

ehh... it may run CS:S on medium setting but it will be jumpy i think. I doubt it would run halo 2 very well at all at any settings.

I don't think thats a good graphics card on the dell D420 but I don't know.

Alienware: Aurora mALX Notebook - Learn More!

That laptop would blow my socks off. 2 nvidia geforce 7900 in sli, 1gb of ram, and a 19" lcd. Now that thing owns.

There is no way i could afford it though.
