It's 4 pin power cable for cd drives right?

I want to get a Y splitter for my extra cd drive. All cd drives are 4 pin right?

Also would this work for what I'm trying to do?

Molex 4-pin it is, excepting the SATA CD drives, which IIRC use SATA connectors.
