Intel Socket 775 cooling fan mounting

I've been building pcs which incorporate the socket 478 for years now. I'm about to build a new pc utilizing the newer socket 775. Question is on the 775 how is the cooling fan mounted to the mothgerboard? If performed searches on the subject without any explanation. Thank you.

That socket is just toooo weird for me. The way the 'contacts' work is screwy. I like the pins inserting into the holes. That way you know it's on right.

Thanks for the link. Holly cow! After reading that makes me want to continue with the socket 478 board. I'm sure after working with the first few socket 775 boards I'll get the hang of it (I hope).
