Default Intel 945G Express Chipset Memory?

My mainboard chipset is the Intel 945G Express. The link to the official website for this chipset is here:

The only problem is, I've checked this page, plus the product PDF for the chipset but it doesn't specifically tell me what kind of DDR2 memory it will support (400, 533, etc).

Why won't it say which memory it supports? I'm trying to buy 2GB of ram but I don't want to buy the wrong ram.

Link to the actual motherboard? Name, model?

Download Everest Home Edition to find it.
