Installing Internal Firewire or USB2.0

when i purchased my computer i had no idea wut firewire or USB2.0 was. now, since i have a bunch of flash drives, and removable disks and such, they're very vital to me. wut do i need to install either firewire or USB2.0 internally?

Your mother board should already accomodate these technologies, certainly USB2.0.

You need a USB and/or Firewire PCI card.
