Default Installing graphics card for laptop

I currently have an integrated graphics card on my Toshiba Satellite M45-S355, and I want to install a dedicated graphics card. Is it possible? I mean, is there space?

Sorry to break this heart-breaking news to you, but laptops aren't for gaming. If you're serious about gaming, get a desktop.
