Default IDE/PATA to SATA adapter?

I bought this mobo.

It's only got one PATA, two devices. I need three, CD, DVD and HDD. So is there some kind of adapter I can buy that converts my hard drives connector to an SATA, or am I just screwed?

Thanks in advance, Derrick.
