IDE cable suggestion

just wondering if anyone can suggest some ide cables to replace the ribbons on my dvd-rom and dvd rw drives, they are Lite On 16x DVD-Rom and a Sony D26A DL 16x DVD +/- R/RW, i just want to know if the cables on newegg will fit, and which ones i would need

i just want to clean up my case and get better airflow, and the ribbons get in the way

It really doesn't matter, Speed Wise you will want ATA 100 or 133 for the Burners.

Hrmm I guess the TT ones look a little better, IMO.
