Is a standard IDE ATA 133 40GB 5400RPM hardrive compatible with this mainboard?

Are you sure that's the motherboard you want? I understand price is something to keep in mind, but you'll be paying for more than one of those.

yeah I know the link doesn't work sorry. I'm just going for the most affordable mobo I can find that supports socket 754.
