From I7 to a budget build

Business has started picking up a little and now I have a budget build, This guy basically wants to do his stocks online and run a few minor programs like MS office type stuff, He insists on a quad core and want 4 gigs of ram. (He plans on getting win 7 64bit) On board video will be plenty for his needs but can be upgraded if ever needed. He wanted around a $4oo build and this is what I came up with, Let me know if there is anything that would be better on his budget. also recommended a AMD build for the lower end but he had some bad experience with AMD in the past and wants Intel.

he could even lower his budget if he were to get a celeron processor or a cheap core 2 duo e5200 which is much cheaper and he doesn't seem to use that much cpu power if he is just doing basic office stuff.

I tried to tell himthat but he's dead set on the quad core, over kill for what he wants to do but he's the one buying, I just mierly make suggestions and build it. At least I got a fairly decent for quality parts build.
