Default I wanna buy a Hard Drive

I looked at some sites around with hard drives for real cheap. For example I found a hard drive made by Maxtor. A 300gb HD. Here's the specs:

Capacity (GB) Learn More 300
Interface Serial ATA-150
Spindle Speed (RPM) 7200
Buffer Memory 16MB
Average Latency (msec) 4.17
Average Seek (msec) Learn More <9.0
Data Transfer Rate on Serial ATA Up to 1500 Mb/sec

Is the Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300GB SATA Hard Drive. a good buy for $95. Is it durable? If not, which it probly isnt, what is the best hardrive for the better buck? I'm looking for anything that holds 300gb or more! Thank you for the help!

Maxtor builds a good product, and the 300GB at $95. is a good deal.
