Yeah I'm all out of money now after the new PSU and graphics card haha. Is that the only way I could install a new video card though? I'd have to buy and replace the motherboard?

Yup. The video card you have sips power. You could send the PSU back and just buy a cheap GB 760g motherboard to get you by.
