Default I need a basic build w/ the whole 9 yards plz! Monitor, KB, etc

My g/f parents want a new computer. It doesn't need to be super fast and run the new games out!

They need the whole 9 yard here. Monitor, keyboard, mouse. The graphics can be on board along with audio too. They don't use it for anything other then email, browsing and such.

Can someone recommend a build please including a monitor and kb/mouse for them?

Thanks!

They didn't give me one. I think they are flexible but since it's only for basics I would assume it wouldn't be to much.

Thanks for the help

Newegg.com - eMachines ET1300-02 18.5" Widescreen LCD Athlon X2 4850e(2.5GHz) 3GB DDR2 160GB NVIDIA GeForce G100 Windows Vista Home Premium - Desktop PCs

Honestly, for the price you can't get much better... The 4850e, while being an "energy efficient" processor is quite powerful. That setup will do exactly what they want, and more. Even play some games, due to the dedicated graphics. Yeah, it's low-end, but hey it's better than many integrated options.
