do you think adding another 512MB of pc2100 is too slow to add with pc3200. i know sometimes it decreases performance but is it really that slow. my memory right now is running at DDR333, now im thinking about it, i think DDR266 is really slow. so i dont think im going to add another stick of 512MB to my 1GB, do you guys agree

It shouldn't as long as you don't try to put it in dual channel.

Why not just get another DDR333? If you absolutely have to get PC2100 then get it.

well i put my ram on at DDR333 and i found some old DDR266 ram while looking around, and i know they would all be running at pc2100 but do you think its worth getting a .5 gigs

and plus why spend about 50 dollars on pc2100 while i can get some more of the same ram for 50 dollars of pc3200 so i really dont want to buy more
