I dont think my case came with

a 3-pin cmos cable,
a 3-pin system fan cable,
a 10-pin COM1 cable

is it ok to operate without these?

first of all i have no idea what a cmos cable is, a com cable doesnt exist. and if you have a system fan its built in with a cable, so i will assume you machine is ready to roll. Cmos chips are just a piece of hardware on your motherboard, by com cable i assume you mean a 9 pin cable that isnt necessary, com ports are just a logical thing in the computer world, basically just used for old palm cradles. In regards to the system cable, your fans should have cables connected to them, i have never seen one without it. So yeah fire that thing up and run
