Default hows this for $300?

How are these components for a $300 budget?

CPU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103537

Mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131569

Memory:

...along with some AS5.

Any suggestions to make it better would be good.

It's basically as budget as you get, but it's a good value I guess. I think you'd be better off spending an additional $100-$150 and going for the Opteron 144 (+$50), the DFI Lanpary Nforce 4 Ultra-D (+$25) and some G. Skill memory (+$50).

But if that's your budget, then that's your budget. Just remember that with that memory, the AS5 may be useless unless you run RAM dividers, because that current setup certainly isn't an OCing one. Even then, your motherboard may hold you back.

Doesn't matter I wasn't planning to OC anyway, but I will think about your suggestions. I might just change my mind.

I'd recommend an MSI K8N Neo4-F

You're going to need a video card, as the motherboad that you chose doesn't have onboard video.
