Default How do you make intergrated sound on a intel 810 chipset motherboard?

Friend has a old computer with a motherboard based on intel 810 chipset but the intergrated sound doesn't work.

You might want to do a search for audio drivers for that motherboard and see if that works. Depending on how old and used it is, something could be wrong with the motherboard. It's probably drivers though.

Give us the motherboard make/model number. The onboard sound is seperate from the chipset drivers.

Is it in an HP/Compac? If so what is the model number?

A stab in the dark but is this your motherboard?

Edit - If so then these are your drivers If it isn't that board try them anyway because the ac97 drivers are one of the most popular sound chips.
