T talldude123 Banned Messages 7,915 Sep 2, 2006 #2 That is a huge performance jump. The Athlon XP is good, but not great. The Athlon 64 is 64-bit (faster), and can support the new versions of Windows XP and Vista. The ECS motherboard is much better as well.
