hooking pc to 47in tv

i have a old HP pc and i was thinking why not hook it up to my tv so i can surf the net in my recliner . there will be Zero gaming on this just youtube netflix general surfing and stuff like that.

the tv is a LG 3d 47IN 120Hz lcd led

the pc has
intel e3300 2.5ghz duel core cpu
3gb of ram
250w PS

my budget is about $100 bucks if i need a better power supply but if i dont id like to keep it under $60

But does his MB have a PCI-E slot for it, A lot of older ones do not so you better check to make sure, It may but better be safe than sorry.
