As the title states I am currently looking to buy the latest video card for my laptop or am I stuck with this current video card?

Upgrading laptop graphics cards is difficult to do, and requires nearly complete disassembly of the laptop. Every laptop is different in design, so it may be easier with some, harder with others. I'm not sure about Alienware, but my guess is you're stuck with what you have...

Asus P5Q Motherboard * OC'ed Intel Core2 Quad Q9400 2.82ghz w/ Arctic Silver 5 * OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066ghz * Kingston Hyper X (2x2gb) DDR2 1066ghz * EVGA GTX 560 Ti Superclocked * Ultra X-Blaster ATX Mid-Tower * OCZ Vertex 2 120gb * WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 rpm * OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular PSU * Sony Optaric DVD Burner * Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit * 22" LG Flatron W2252TQ LCD * LG Flatron E2281

Overclocking it is the closest to an upgrade you'll get. I don't have an alienware but its cooler looks bigger than my G73JW cooler and I overclock this things 460m all day long never going above 75C.
