I think the system you quoted will work fine; it's cheap but will do the job. I just upgraded someone with a cheap barebones from Tiger Direct. System Board, Chip, 2gig Memory and a case came to $150. I used the existing hard drive and CD so you could add another $150. You would have a whole system for around $300.
